Perform Group are the Premier League's international digital media partner. Matches are beamed live to the studio via satellite where they are edited and delivered to mobile platforms within 4 minutes. Editors work with commentators to record voice overs within this four minute period - its quite fast!

The BeatPantz Project

Marc Bull
The BeatPantz are a pair of musical trousers. Using touch sensitive piezo-electric pads and conductive fabric allows these trousers to become a MIDI controller which can be used to trigger MIDI instruments like keyboards, synths, drum machines, and even visual or mechanical equipment. The trousers were the concept of Product Designer Mrc Bull, with Joe Bell providing the technological element. The BeatPantz were shown at The Whitechapel Art Gallery, Battersea Arts Centre and on BBC News.
